it is online, it doesn't have pictures. What you do is type the serial number of the card and it gives you back the details on what it is and what grade it got etc..

Sounds like a nice resource but I don't really get its functionality, is it to catch fakes or similar? If you had the card in hand or pictures wouldn't you know the details anyway?

I think the general feel is people are looking for a physical album to hold and display their graded cards

yep catch fakes is about it really. and also to gauge how many others are out there with the same grade etc..
