MJ Flashback fabrics redemption

hey guys,

this is my first ever mailday

a few weeks back at the start of January we pulled a redemption of 07-08 SPX Michael Jordan Flashback Fabrics spectrum foil #'d to 10

we've been through a whirlwind of emotions since as the original redemption had expired, however after much effort in going back and forth to Upper Deck to claim our prize, we have had reward for effort.

A big thanks to Upper Deck for making this possible, the card arrived quicker than expected but I am extremely happy to have this in my hands when especially at first we thought we might have missed out.

How much work did you have to do to get them to honour it?

we emailed everyone including upper deck & DA card world to try and get it sorted out, we had also been on the phone to upper deck in the states a few times (found that this was best way to help). we were then originally told that could not honour the card and would look into providing a replacement. But credit to upper deck they did come back with a response quickly and were able to help out. The worst part was the wait as they requested that the redemption actually be posted in, as you can imagine anything could have gone wrong with the postage.
