Just some of the highlights from my recent and last lot of mail from Borderlinx.
Let's jump straight in.
The night they retired Ewing's Number 33, never to be worn again.
The story behind these shoes is pretty cool, I was happy with the information he provided below so I took the plunge.
I am a Seattle native, when I was younger(8-11 years old) I was one of the Sonics ball-boys and so over the couple years I did that I collected quite a bit of memorabilia. The organization sent a ton of stuff from the season to auctions around the city all of the time and every once in awhile I was fortunate to come away with some of the items. These shoes were going to be put up in a Virginia Mason auction, but before they were my father had purchased them. They have been sitting on my book shelf ever since taking up space because they are so huge.
Ive been waiting to see this mailday after the teasers on instagram. Man it sure didn't disappoint. That ticket is so awesome, I'd love to add one to my collection. Love the picture on the Black Box /5. Those shoes must be right up there as one of the best pieces in your collection.

I really like the ticket, it's a sweet addition for my PC.
The black box addition numbered to 5 was a steal and I love the look of these as well but the shoes are part of the shrine that I pray to on a daily basis.lol
Love the shoes and the fact you got the story behind them as well. Also it's nuts how you manage so many nice 1/1's and low numbered cards. Great work!
Quality as usual Maso. Some sick patches in there and 2 1/1s?? DAAAMMNNNN. Love my memorabilia / ticket stubs and really appreciate what you have been able to pick up A simple ticket stub that most people will just discard can be extremely hard to find.
