Missing Cards from album?

So I purchased an album of 2003 Daily Tele cards at a market today (it was only $5), and I went through and reordered them and noticed there were 3 missing.

#103 (Knights)
#104 (Knights)
#197 (Roosters)

Can anyone tell me what cards they are and where I can find them?
