Just thought i'd put this out there.

I pride myself on my possitive feedback but have noticed there are about 10+ deals i've done on here in the past where people have yet to leave any feedback at all and i know they have recieved their items.

my thought exactly i have left feedback for just about everyone i have done deals for except the ones i did last week.but all the others i have done.

im down about 10 feedback or maybe more from people that have not done it,dont know the reasons why they have not left feedback,ive had no contact from any of them saying that they did not receive their item.....
 
damn i just counted mine!

i have 114 fb and i have left 137
23 feedback difference,thats just sad,why dont people take that time to leave the feedback??
 
true that. ive literally probably got about 2-+ awaiting feedback. just send them a message soon if you want, i usually wait a bit then send a PM about it to see if they can do it wehen they get a chance.

See to me I dont really care about feed back I'm over the 10 feedback now so it's all good, I still like getting feedback but I'm not that worried about getting it back, I have left feed back for every deal I have had on Ozcard and I think I have recieved feedback for every deal except 1 but its ok.
 
I have left feedback.

however i usually dont use the give feedback for this trade.

I just use the feedback button.

yeh good call nick... im down about 11... ive left about 154 and have only 143 feedbacks
 
It does seem a bit odd to me that you leave feedback for someone who has paid you for a card of yours that they wanted... trades I can understand, but sales seems a little weird.

I disagree mate fully whats weird about it???? theres nothin weird about it, I don't understand were your coming from, if your a member who only sells on this forum you need that feedback so other people can get an idea if they should buy cards off that member if he has 0 feedback people might not want to get any cards cause they don't know anything about the seller. Same goes for if your buying its way to let other members know that they a good seller and someone you can trust.
 
Well I'v leave feedback for most of my deals(unless i forgot about it)
But there is 1 guy that is really annoying he is a mod and our deal was completed 2 or 3 weeks ago I'v been asking him 2 or 3 times a week can you please leave me feedback and he is basically ignoring me i never get a reply or nothing and i left him feedback.

I don't think you get my point - because both your arguments seem to be for the seller...

Yes, the seller should get feedback so people know they are trusted. However, say you have a card I want. I make you an offer for it and pay for it. Why should I get feedback just for doing what I want to do to get the card you have..?

Sometimes a little reminder with a link to where to do it will do the trick.

But if they don't, then it is not the end of the world. If your feedback is 30 or 130 and all positive, and you have been here a while, it ultimately will not be a problem. But I can see where you are coming from. It is what should be done and for good relationships. And if many do not do it then we have a problem.

I have 166 feedback left and 166 feedback received.....why?
Because I chase the people up :)

I agree that it is annoying that people don't bother but if it is important to you, chase it up.
Feedback doesn't seem too much of a problem with me but to get the "other" person to reply to the trade thread when they receive their item IS!

If eveyone did the right thing it would be GREAT ;)

That's a good point (in bold.)

As for chasing feedback, Once you are over 10 it makes little difference to me :) unless you are doing deals bigger than a few dollars

Mate seriously, as a moderator myself we actually do have lives outside of this place. I'm sure your 3 outstanding feedback ratings takes greater precedence over everything else happening in our lives.

Harassing people for feedback multiple times a week will surely end up with you receiving no feedback at all. You will also turn off a lot of people who might want to trade with you.

You might want to think about that when you next send a PM harassing someone for another feedback rating.
