Hi,

well, there was an exchange card, I can't remember whether they came in packs,
where a box card or what but you had to take this exchange card with a bunch of wrappers to the summer card slam which was at homebush stadium jan 19/20 1996.

when you handed it over at the futera stand, they punched it and you also got the taylor promo card.
it was limited to 500 a day as there was 1000 promo cards made, here's a scan to show you the ecxhange card aswell, front & back.
