Mailday - The worst looking album ever??

I have to say, there were a lot of dissapointed people when that set was released.......shocker of an album!
 
Yeah i cant really imagine having a business that is on the brink of going bust and going all in on Paul Vautin.:-k
 
Trying to appeal to the kids during the Tazo phase didn't quite work in this case. On one hand you had the US collectors stepping up with better quality products and in the NRL space we had heaps of nice cards that got replaced with Fatty and pogs and pop ups stuff.
 
Nice pick up Owen. I need that album if anyone has one spare.
I must say though on this set that the cards were of great quality in terms of thickness
 
It might be the worst League album made but jeez I want one........................lol

Owen, is there anything on the spine of this album (or the rear for that matter)?

Dave - if you have a 1996 series 1 folder it is exactly the same except for the cover.

The spine has the Intrepid symbol and says collector card album and the back its just Dynamic's contact details with another larger intrepid symbol in the middle.

Will post a picture tonight.

You gotta hand it to Dynamic ... they went out in a blaze of glory with that folder haha.

Although I always thought the die-cut cards from that set looked pretty cool. Shame there were none of the Knights!
