As a LP subscriber, I'm watching a lot of NBA games, and besides the usual favorites (Paul George's Pacers and Lance Stephenson's Grizzlies ), I have started following the Nuggets of Denver because of the one and only
The young fella is recording very solid stats, and has a great feel for the game (reminds me of Kirilenko on offense sometimes with his passing abilities). The super-skilled young big man can shoot the ball and is certainly the reason why Denver tops the list of best places to live in the US
On 19th February he celebrated his 21st birthday...
...and at the same time I won an auction of NBA Auctions (sponsored by the Meigray Group)
Nikola Jokic - Denver Nuggets - Game-Worn Whitegold Alternate "Pride" Jersey - 2015-16 Season
For the context
Jokic wore this jersey during the Nuggets' 95-92 victory over the Charlotte Hornets on January 10, 2016 at Pepsi Center in Denver, CO.
He played 23 minutes and registered 4 points with 9 assists, 7 rebounds and 1 blocked shot.
This jersey is quite unique, as Nikola is the only center with > 9 assists in < 24 minutes since 1985!
The Jokic jersey is really nice I bet you must be stoked to have that in your collection. I'm starting to warm up to game used jerseys, that's pretty much as close your you'll get to your fave player. Any intention of framing the jersey?
Well I already have a Paul George game-worn jersey + 2 Kirilenko framed, so right now I'm keeping other stuff in the Meigray box. I'm living in Paris where rents are really high, so don't have much place left for them (+ I'm also collecting vinyls & I like bball sneakers, so my GF starts to be upset ).
Bottom line for that jersey: I had to pay an extra 200usd to get it at customs
