Magic Johnson RC

As the proud owner of a psa 8;) I can say 10s are super super super rare in that set for a multitude of reasons.

Mainly the card is perferated in two spots, so to get a 10 the machine had to cut it precisely.

Secondly, when this set was out most collectors tore the cards into 3s for each player, so not many still exist.

I have been looking to get one lately and been following a few sales hoping to get one for an ok price ,spewing I wasn't looking earlier . I'm jealous ;) would luv a PSA8 but prob out of my range.
55k is insane .

vintage breakers on breakers.tv do a lot of this old stuff. i got in a pack break 2 days ago... (8 spots @ $17.50 US) =1 card per spot
i was lucky enough to hit the bird/erving/johnson rookie with 1 of the 2 spots i purchased. unfortunately the card wont get a 10... the card itself is in perfect condition just the centering is pretty poor. i also purchased a spot in a 1972 topps pack break @ $30 searching for a DR-J rookie (no luck) a nice pistol pete was pulled though.
any1 who likes a gamble should have a look, they have a sealed box of 86 fleer (jordan rc) @ $2000 us per pack. or to give every1 a chance at a jordan rookie he was going to do a 100 spot random @ $20 per.
worth a shot i reckon!
