Macbook Help

I was typing a narrative for school on Pages (the equivalent of word on mac) and my mac froze and I had to force quit it. This lost a whole one hour of typing Any chance anyone knows how to restore what I lost?

Just from a search..

"In contrast to Microsoft Word and TextEdit, Pages cannot automatically save your document, so if you have typed for 5 hours without saving and there is a power failure, you will have lost all your work."

Do you have the new OS?? Could be helpful..

Hello mate. Yes this is a tricky one, i think you best idea would be to invest $100 in microsoft word excel ect. You can still get this on your mac
