hi there.

i know its not a gu, patch, or auto card, but i have this dwyane wade "insert" card:

the picture above is of the card opened. cos its like a book that opens and closes, and when it opens (like above) it has the small "1980's style" mini card in the booklet which is also serial numbered out of /999. they came in the 2007-08 Topps range i think it is. anyways let me know if ur intersted in that. cheers
