Firstly he has a misleading title and then the description isn't much better; and you can see from his feedback he has done similar stuff before.

How we grade:
Step 1: Card is graded and placed in a 1¢ sleeve for protection.
Step 2: Next, the grade is placed at the top of the 1¢ sleeve.
Step 3: Finally, the 1¢ sleeve is sealed up with the permanent adhesive with a grade.

Each card has the grade on the front and eBay ID on the back.
This is a fun way to communicate the approximate condition of our cards.
