Who says these 3 are going to sign max contracts though? From what i see these guys aren't in it for the money or they wouldn't have all gone the same team. My guess is they will all take pay cuts to ease the cap and keep guys like Bease and Chalmers

I reckon probably drop. Sure he MIGHT end up winning some championships, but to get this thing to work he's going to have a large drop in stats and apparent effectiveness the way the Boston boys stats dropped. Put money on Kobe for MVP next season.

hahaha "Bron not in it for the money". He has stated he wants to be a Billionaire. He's signing for Max for sure IMO.

Yeah would be very interesting to see , usually to much talent is not a good thing on paper it is but reality is different , I guess we will have to see.

Personally i hate Miami they suck in my book .

Beasley is on the market Nick, they are shopping him like crazy apparently + if I was Beasley I wouldnt want to stay there, he may play 3mins all year and his not going to fit under the salary cap

He's actually just stated in the interview they are all taking cuts. He does seem to be in it for the money from previous things he's done but seriously this decision to go Miami is no doubt all about titles not cash. He would have a much bigger contract going to the Bulls or staying with the Cavs imo.

Either way you look at it Reilly has done a great job securing all 3

in all fairness to lebron about the 1 hour special from what i hear the brought the rights to this interview and he is donating the money to charity. Now if Miami doesnt atleast push to the finals next year will this be classed as a failure?? I mean u r holding 3 franchise players and cant get it done?

Cavs fans will be distraught no doubt but it was the best basketball decision he could have made for himself. If you were a baller would you pass up an opportunity to play ball with those guys?

Just heard him say that too. Good on him for that then They do need to take less though to be able to even fill out the roster, so it's smart.


I don't think it'd be a failure after 1 season...these guys are young. Sure Wade is 28, but Bron is only 25. These 3 should be together for probably the full 5 years of their contracts unless it seriously fails. Maybe the 3 of them can't give up the ball enough to help the team at first, but it's got multiple years to get the job done multiple times.

I think he shrinks back and gives up his responsibility in CAV. He should be a legend in the future, but since now no chance any more.

I've gotta disagree, he may not be the outright scorer people expect him to be but his assists are going to go up a considerable along with the rebounds with Wade being the main offensive player. This could be the best team of all time if the players can gell and ego's don't get in the way

lebron can't win mvp this coming season becuase he is in the same team as wade and bosh. i feel he won't play as good as he was in cleveland.

people complaining about this cheating team should remember what lakers and celtics have done over the years and also chicago (adding rodman, poor man's MJ mr harper isn't exactly fair)

haha LeBron scoops his dogs sh!t up off his freshly mown lawn with more money than this would have made out of this so dont get lost in in the "what a great bloke" title he has given himself, because seriously he didnt need to make a show out of this. From all the build up of that show and everyone watching it that would far outweigh the money made for the charity compared to the boost given to his brand so dont feed me the charity stuff. The only decision I got out of today is mine...LeBron is a bigger tool than I ever thought he could be.
