League pass problems!! GRRRR

Hey guys, so i paid my 220 bucks and got my yearly league pass, the first couple days of the season it was playing up a lot (couldnt login, wouldnt load games etc..) then it was fine for a while and now its completely fkd! i login to my account and my package has just dissappeared! it will not let me watch any games at all.. instead it tells me i need to purchase it!!!! WTF... iv emailed the contact email 3 times and i havent heard a word back!! im not happy at all.. missed a whole day of games and my two fav teams (Minnesota and Brooklyn) play today!

Anyone else had these problems!? any help.. thanks.

That sucks, only problem i had was games not loading properly and buffering every few seconds the first day i used it. But since then games have played great for me with no stopping.

Oh man that sucks for you. Hope you hear back from them soon and get t sorted. The only prob I have had with it is in the video section, I wanted to watch some highlights the other day and the video I had selected kept stopping 10 seconds in, and then it would change to the highlights of a clippers hawks game from last season! Very odd!

They got back to me and activated my account.. all is good.. they didnt explain why it happened though :s

Do they still have their support "forum" over at "Get Satisfaction this year!? Got pretty quick responses there last year.

even the app on the iphone and ipad crashes trys to tell me there is no games in the last 3 days grrr they make u pay a fortune and they still cant get it right....
