Welcome to the Last Person Standing competition - Finals Edition!
The competition starts this week (Round 20).
There are four rounds left in the home and away season, plus four weeks of finals. Because there are only eight weeks left, you will only need to select eight teams. Thankfully, there are eight teams who are in the top 8 (and who will almost certainly remain there). These are the teams you will be required to pick.
Haven't seen the ladder recently? Here's the list of teams:
Adelaide
Geelong
GWS
Hawthorn
North Melbourne
Sydney
West Coast
Western Bulldogs
You must pick one winning team every week from this round (Round 20) until the Grand Final. As per the last competition, you can't pick the same team twice, and you must select your team before their official game start time. In the event of more than one person making it to the Grand Final, you will also have to pick your team's winning margin. Closest to the margin wins.
Obviously, you must have a team left to pick each week. Get to the GF but the only team you've got left isn't playing? Sorry, you're out! So, that will be something you will need to take into consideration.
I think that's just about it for the rules. It's a quick and easy game, so let's get as many people as possible joining in!
