hi guys.

first up wanna wish the whole ozcardtrader community the very best in 2010, plz take care folks and be safe.

righto i was hoping to get a few more nice cards in before the year ends, but it looks like today the posties were off work. so gotta wait all the way till next year now :lol:

. in the meantime, check out these really nice cards i picked up that im really happy with. cheers & thnx for looking.

start it off with some nice MJ inserts i picked up. ive just officially completed the whole 08-09 Starquest insert parallels of MJ (with huge thnx to GarnettFan4Life aka Matty for hookin us up with the Majestic (Black) as a freebie, what a legend. heres the black majestic aswell as the other 3 i have at the moment (Green - 1st Edition, Blue - Rare, Gold - Ultra Rare), the remaining 3 from the set are incoming:

righto from the starquest cards here another nice card ive always wanted, from the 1996-97 Fleer DECADE OF EXCELLENCE set. i have the other 2 parallels incoming too which im totally rapt about (being the Ultra Decade and the Metal Decade). love the rookie reprint design on these:

righto thnx to Mike aka tss501 who hooked me up with these 2 MJ inserts below, from the 1997-98 UpperDeck AIRLINES inserts. that makes the total now upto 6, half way there, need another 6 more for the set:

ok the following ive been chasing for so long now. finally rapt i got it, and for a very nice price too. its from the 1997-98 UD COllectors Choice STAR ATTRACTIONS insert set. this is the GOLD parallel, finally have both of them:

OK from MJ we'll get onto one of my set chases. the 2008-09 Skybox PRECIOUS METAL GEMS inserts. totally rapt to be basically half way there now, awesome. this one below is from the GREEN #ed/10 parallel, and of Big Ben Wallace. (below are all the greens i have now) nice:

heres another Penny Auto from the 1993 Classic XRC set, & is a promo auto #ed/2,500 and has the COA which is authenticated by Scoreboard (which i remember were the company that made the Classic cards, correct me if im wrong plz). signed his full name too whcih is the 1st time i see it, Anfernee Hardaway. (any input on the authenticity of just more info on this card would be apprecaited too ) (this is FS/FT)

OK now the following Penny auto just breaks my heart. this is my 2nd one from this set, 1996 SPx. what breaks my heart is the fact the auto has been faded very considerably. check out the signature on the front of the card, didnt realise it till after i got it (this is FS/FT):

ok and now my first ever logoman patch card. man these cards are actually very veyr very very nice in-hand, did i say it was very nice ?? was pretty happy its of a mid-name star instead of some other no-name logoman patch cards out there . not #ed1/1, but more #ed/10, of Wally Szczerbiak (this is FS/FT):

wouldve hoped a couple more beauty cards came in to share with the oct family, but looks like that'll have to wait until next year. thats it for now folks, plz take it easy over the comin days, thnx for embracing me on this great forum, and wishing u all the best. cheer, STEVE

love the mj inserts, pity that the auto faded so much on that penny holo... happy new year buddy, thats some haul and a great way to go out in 2009!

Glad I could help out with the Starquest chase, you've certainly helped me out with the Celtics stuff this year, appreciate it!

Never really got into the PMG's but I've got a KG red incoming, will see how they look in hand, happy due to the rarity though.

AND sweet logomen mate! Looking for my first Logoman/KG Logoman this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I already have a KG PMG Red and i can tell u its a very very nice card in hand thats for sure. just take care of her cos they are really condition sensitive (all foil and stuff on the front, you'll see what i mean when you get it). and even im looking forward to ur first logoman, should be a cracker! take care & happy new year budz
