As part of our wonderful service to our fans we're very excited to be able to offer these wonderful guests to our Sydney fans as well. In fact one of them is flying directly from the USA just to make it in time for the Sydney event (bad luck Bris-Vegans!).
He was a STAR before there were any WARS! In fact they banked on it in after he starred opposite Diana Ross in Lady Sings the Blues and this snowballed into his casting in The Empire Strikes Back and then Return of the Jedi. Who else could out-charisma Harrison Ford ? Roles in Nighthawks , the original Harvey Dent in Batman and more recently in films like The Ladies Man and Undercover Brother he is no longer LOST to us as he begins a wonderful new chapter for another whole generation of fans! A big round of applause for the brilliant, the classic, the incomparable, Billy Dee " Lando Calrissian " Williams!
And from the classic we go to the HOT, as we pay tribute to this ever rising star whose out of this world starring role in the upcoming Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer is set to turn the world on fire. He made his mark amongst genre fans well before that however as the Gentleman in Buffy, the Vampire Slayer and in particular as Abe Sapien in Hellboy and the upcoming sequel, Hellboy 2: The Golden Army. Now, most recently, he starred in the critically acclaimed Pan's Labyrinth as Pan himself. Please welcome the delightful, the irrepressible, Doug "Silver Surfer" Jones!
