Hey guys,

Another ebay warning, unfortunately. Do not deal with griffo4312 on ebay.

He was a member of OCT until he was banned for wasting time and acting immaturely. I placed him on my block list on ebay due to my previous bad experiences with him.

Recently got this interesting email via ebay:

Dear jeff_co8,

Your a dick head I can hardly watch any items I will bash the crap out of you with my dad watch out Jeff I'm watching you

What's interesting is that this individual is 10 years old! Had to shake my head when I read what he had sent. I guess kids aren't what they used to be!

I can't help picture a kid using his dad like a baseball bat and swinging him around! Yeah, kids today are more outspoken than they used to be! lol

And I bet his parent's just sit back and let him do whatever because telling him what to do is "child abuse". What a load of crap - that kid needs a good time-out in the corner.

Really not a smart decision to make threats. I already told you that I would ban you from purchasing MY items due to previous experience. Also, I haven't re-listed any cards since last week??? Saying you'll bash the crap out of me when you've been the immature individual. I'm in my right to report these emails to ebay and the police regardless of your age. Don't think your parents would be too happy to receive this trouble.

Haha no worries. It really grinds my gears as well.

Reported his message to ebay. Should be interesting to see if he sends me another colorful email. I found it really funny that he would get upset over not being able to watch items, considering he doesn't have money and access to a paypal/bank account.

To me he sounds like a schoolyard bully and he thinks your another kid. If he does respond, tell him your age and see how he reacts then. He'll probably start a sob story - like all schoolyard bullies do.

Haha he already did when he was on this site. Claimed to be roughly16-18 but had no access to a bank account/paypal account (was only getting paid via cash through his work), and had to send money through the mail for a deal to be done. Also claimed to be living on the street, and could only access the internet through an ipad he found at Maccas. Needless to say, it was pretty easy to tell he was lying and determine his age.

As a father myself, I reckon your spot on. You can spot spoilt kids a mile away. And for mine, I think this kid needs a bit more than time-out, my kid would have already had all his cards taken off him if he was acting like this. Bratty behaviour needs to be nipped in the bud and it sounds like this kid is a bit far gone, and really needs to be reeled back in.

It's nothing a good back-hander won't fix! Kids are much more outspoken nowadays. I try and teach my kids respect and am a fairly strict parent but find playground teachings are having a big effect.

Speaking of these outspoken kids, in my area their seems to be an abundance of them. I'm 22, 6"2' and not a stick, yet these little kids feel the need to occasionally push boundaries with me. There's a 5 year old down the street who came outside to my 10 year old bro and his friends with a knife. I've had 2 kids on a scooter stop and try and start on me, which made me laugh because a scooter? You may as well be wearing dress guys. I think my area is just crap. A guy called my bro, when he was 9 (on his birthday, actually) that he is a fn' little c just because he walked on his front 'lawn' which, was just sand. Sorry guys, this has turned into a rant about my area. but as most are saying, this kid needs to be taught that what he does has repercussions. The internet has made everyone tough guys.

must think he's tough shit and can scare u out of ur computer chair for blocking him haha seriously who threatens people over that or anything for that matter i dont see the point theres plenty of other people to buy off on ebay and if he dont have money anyway why should he even be on ebay unless its to sell then spend the money im 16 iv been threatened had a pocket knife pulled on me and been in a few fights its not worth it the shit u get caught up in i dont see the point and i dont start that crap either why would i start a fight when u have a high chance at getting sued or people jumping u hope he gets banned on ebay and anything he goes on sounds like a ratbag
