Topps had one in 2007-08 Letterman in the quad jersey low #d refractor cards. Not sure what happened in 2008-09, totally nothing I think...........

Thats what makes compiling a rainbow so great, when it gets all pieced together and allllllll those variations look the way they do. More variations, more colour, more prettier the rainbow
