Just seen this thread after I replied to your other one: did you pull this yourself?
If so, you may have luck with replacement- you need box barcode etc and go to quality assurance section once you log in on paniniamerica.
If not then I'd say not because anyone could damage a card and ask for a new one saying that's how it came out of the pack etc

I'm sure they will send you back something of simillar value. In fact I noticed they generally go in your favour a bit going off Beckett values. But yeah it's probably gonna take a while... It always does.
