Kawhi, Sell or Hold?

Just wondering what people's thoughts are? I am leaning towards selling but will these crazy prices last once the new rookie crop comes out?

Everyone is talking about Kawhi.

Unless of course you're in for the long haul.

Hell if TD won MVP I'd have considered selling my sig, not so many cards have sentimental value to me. Some, but not many.

There will always be cool cards coming out.

a hard one ...... if you want to make some fast $$ sell but if your in it for the long run hang on to it..... he will only get better with time i think

i am going to sell the low end cards and keep the high end ones
the thing is you can't take that championship and finals MVP from his legacy so it's not a full case of hype

In a perfect scenario I would like to sell now and then recoup cards when the focus shifts to the new rookie class, its a toughie as he is my main PC guy

This has worked out crazy good for me. Somewhere around Game 1 and 2 I bought a Kawhi Preferred Jersey Silo /99 for $65 with a view to replacing my 11/12 and 12/13 Gold Standard autos of him. Now I am going to make a tidy profit from selling them up for the Jersey Silo

I had some wise advice about 3 months ago that Kawhi would be the player to PC and I accumulated 20 or so autos which I have now been able to turn around for a nice profit. It isnt about making money for me as I will probably reconsider PCing him once the hype dies down but the future is uncertain and you never know he may get D Rose type injuries or not live up to all the hype and you will probably never get these prices again.

he was hyped majorly before 13-14 season. He was projected to go as pick 20 in fantasy drafts. He didn't really live up to that expectation. If it wasn't for two out of this world efforts on the road in games 3-4 then you wouldn't even see these prices. Count your blessings now and sell !!

No doubting he did have a stellar last month and he is an awesome prospect (which is scary to say that about a finals MVP!@!), but the hype pre season (rank 20 purely from a fantasy perspective) didn't match his statistical output for 13-14 in total.
