i then decided to get this.....im a bit stupid for buying this, i only brought it cos it was the 1000 stripe but now im going to start collecting checklists...thats right, if you have a checklist with pippens name on it...i would like it

Lottery Prize Test Refractor (dont worry, the slab will be busted!)


Only ever seen 1 of these on ebay, i went pretty hard at it and won it, then the seller tried to charge me $10 for postage (wasnt listed in the auction), i got the invoice, asked him 4 times (2 to ebay, 2 to personal email) why the $10 postage, no answer, he filed unpaid item, we agreed to a $5 postage, he then wouldnt send me an updated invoice, he said he'd refund the $5 of the $10, i paid him the full, and now i havent got the $5 refund.......should i neg?

thanks mate, i only got the card because i paid the full shipping ($10) after he said he would refund me $5, but he hasnt refunded me the money..it was just sent in a bubble mailer, not registered.....ill give him a couple of weeks and then decide i think....this site's changed me...normally i neg first and ask questions later

Man, shame on the read about the seller. I am in the same boat as well, agreed on shipping, then sent me different quote. Ignores my messages. So, I paid it and will just deal with it after the card arrives. I'm sure Paypal will sort it out, as it's all recorded on e-bay etc etc

Slobby, why don't you just sort out the shipping through Paypal, since you have the email evidence where he stated he would refund you the $5...should be a cut and dry case. ANd why do you want to bust the Pip out of the PSA grading case?
