Just over 36 hours to go till Morgan and I touch down in Northern Tasmania (ie Melbourne) for a spot of sight seeing, buying ripoffs from the local markets and generally making nuisances of ourselves with the locals. It's about time Melbourne got some culture!

Don't worry, my Xmas present is going to come into use. I'll be having a wash tomorrow night and everything "should" be ok.



If you live in the vicinity of this horrid place, please let me know what the weather is going to be. The BOM don't seem to have a clue

Also - if anyone can suggest somewhere to get a $120 haircut, i'm all ears!

It's not the rain i'm worried about. 38 one day, 17 the next. Something tells me i'm going to have to ship a container of clothes down to cover the possibilities!

LOL; just coz Queensland only has 2 temps, Hot and F*cking Hot, doesnt mean our weather is weird

I looked into changing our flights so we could have a stopover in Sydney to get some Burger King - couldnt be done

haha so thats how they pay the rent on that massive shop they have? must be the good service or the $50 packs of hoops lol! Anyways have a good time down here in melbourne man! i think a hair cut for less than $120 bucks is pushing it a bit tho

I just hope Im feeling better as I've been sick as a dog and didn't really have voice yesterday. I should have changed my screen name to Carlotta

Up and about today at least and I hear beer is good for the immune system along with late night pizza ;-)

Been working on my Aussie slang so conversing will be easier too and we put our building on stilts and bought some outdoor furniture for the lounge so you will feel right at home.
