just got neutral feedback??

hey guys
was just checking out my feedback on ebay and this one seller i had some probs with has given me a neutral feedback?????/ i mean how can he give me one when he didnt send the card until i left him neutal feedback,
the feedback he left says sent cards ages ago, transaction ok,very impatient???

he never contacted me i mean i payed him within a few days of buying the card as i usually do then sent him a message saying i had payed , so i wait and wait and wait and no card then i put into ebay using one of those claim thingys you know where they contact the seller about not recieving goods and all that and even then he only repsonded once saying he had sent the card and then i still dont get the card so i still wait
By the way i won the auction on the 10th jan i payed on the 12th of jan)

and i didnt recieved the card till after i left the neutral feedback and it WAS neutral not negative which is what the deserved and i finally recieved the card a couple days AFTER leaving the neutral feedback and it was posted by EXPRESS????[-X [-X and inside the express satchell the card was in a normal bubble mailor so its like he finally realised that he hasnt sent the card and sends it by express ?? i mean wat a WANKER i know its only a neutral but its my only blemish on a perfect record and the pissed me off

Ass wipe. Just reply to the feedback he sent.. you can do that right? So people can read it and disregard it. You can leave followup feedback on him too I think.

After that.. buy something off him and neg him after he leaves you positive feedback.

Cath - Don't worry about it...people will see it for what it is (Ie retaliation)Do as Carlos suggests and reply to his feedback on your own....maybe letting people know how long it took to get the card and to check the sellers feedback which is average at best.

not to worry...a neutral isnt too bad, just annoying when you were the one being inconvenienced.

I know how frustrating it is trying to keep your perfect feedback, especially when you cop a neutral or at worst a negative. I am trying to overcome 2 negative feedbacks left for me back in 2000 by some shonky sellers.

I would do as Allstar and Carlos said.... respond to his feedback letting them know that the neutral was in retaliation to you not initially receiving the card.

A neutral is unpleasant but looking at your feedback, you wont have a problem.

I had problems wth this same dude for a about 10 sets I won a few nonths ago. VERY similar to your story cath - I didn't receive after about 6 weeks and complained. Within a week the stuff arrived. Be wary of this guy i think, he used to be good.

Ive bought off him before and never had a problem. But i will definately keep my eyes open for his auctions in the future. That sucks 2 months.

Ive got 3 negs all in retaliation, i dont even care anymore. I give a neg where a negs due and not worry about what the retaliation will be.

mm prob wait a little longer if its not here in a week file a complaint with ebay i mean you did win it on the 12th march and its nearly been a month would think it would have got to ya by now, the first seller is the guys who mucked me around and he said the same thing to me card has been sent blah blah blah, if it doesnt get to ya, give him a neutral or neg feedback , i reckon he deserves it ,

I have ALSO had problems with that guy......I think we left negative for each other and then he paid to have an outside organisation investigate the feedback and in the end both his & mine was removed - HE IS TROUBLE !!!

Have a look through his feedback and you will see 50% of his NEGATIVES are mutually withdrawn becuse he pays for an outside agency to investigate them.......if you don't do EXACTLY what they say the feedback gets removed - I know the process well !!!
