Just a quick NBA 2K11 question...

I don't have PS3 or XBOX only a PS2. If I were to get the PS2 version of NBA 2K11 would it be the same as the PS3 and XBOX versions all of you guys on here are playing? I know I won't be able to play online or anything but other than that, is it the same?
