The image attached is a limited run to /199 I looked on ebay and couldn't find one. There are plenty of the normal RC blue prizm but none to /199. This card has rised over the last 30 days according to Market Movers app.

Can someone do a search for this card?

Yes. I found one but it's too much with the US dollar conversion. Asking price is too much and postage.
