Jordan RC on Ebay Fake??? Opionions

HI All
Have always wanted to add a Jordan RC to my collection.
Spotted his one for sale in Sydney, just want to get some opinions on if it is legitiate from those who have one.

2 things i noticed which cocerned me. On the front of the card the fleer logo which reads premiere apears to be all yellow, I know that the genuine a part of this is supposed to be orange.
Secondly on the rear of the card the R (registered trademark) appears in the white section and I thought in the genuine it was all in the pink.

Any opinions??

And the person that is selling it is well aware of it and will just take the money and run. I hope this member never tries to sell anything or ask for anything here at all as they will get a big fat no or the boot and rightly so. Members here are protected from such sales that eBay cares little about. This ripping off collectors is a low act even if buyers have themselves to blame as well.

Someone needs to start a one day auction just prior to the Fake Jordan ticking into it's last day...just as a warning to other bidders....
