Jordan Patch or Jersey

I think someone may have done a bit of card doctoring here. Patch cards are /25 and Jersey cards are /249. Is this part of the jersey considered Patch or Jersey?

I don't think that can be considered as a patch as it's only a single swatch.
I count only 3 colours as well..

id be VERY surprised if its real, but oddball rarities like that do pop up every now and then.

Here is another of the Jordan Jersey cards. This one is solid white. The type of material is different. This one has holes in it whereas the coloured one has tight knitting.
Does UD use different jerseys for the same product line?
