Had the UNC Floor for ages, just took it off the market from trading it.

Got the Hardcourt Floor a few weeks, almost a month ago.

Had the UC for about 2 weeks, and about a week for the Reflections.

Just decided that I was over them, and thought now was an appropriate time to sell, since he's selling like hot cakes of late.

Thought the lot was my best bet at a decent return on them, should allow me to pick up a couple of Harris' I've got my eyes on..
