i think that this is the 3rd thread on him, my suggestion is to pm admin by using the reporting function in your deal thread.

I closed the other thread as at that stage it was just a "Why was X banned?" thread and as someone over there said - admins make bans for any number of reasons and normally to protect the majority of members here, we do not necessarily disclose the reasons behind bans.

see the other thread and you'll know why he was banned!
