I've been waiting to post these for a while. it takes a while for me to post something worth looking at and with this latest arrival I feel satisified that these are now worth showing...
I'll start small and get better....
Firstly i got this parallel in - nothing too amazing but sweet card in hand....
A collector in Japan has the jersey version #21/100 but he's a keeper!!!
Something slightly nicer now. - A card I'd not even seen any of so was stoked to pick up the jersey #'d version.....
04-05 is nearly old school now right??
Next up is a truly awesome card that is the sort of pick up that keeps me in this crazy chase of mine.
From time to time the #21 cards completely dry up - then something as good as this pops up and I get the bug again.....
Without further ado....
An absolute peach in hand - I can't recall seeing any of the gold KG parallels of this before so, although it cost me a bit I had to have it!!!
Lastly. In my eyes, the world's greatest KG collection has been broken up by Kobedock in France. Matthieu has unfortunately given the hobby away. He was the owner of some amazing old school KG stuff and they sold for a pretty penny too which was great for him.
He owned 4 #21 cards - I traded for one about 3 years ago which was this one here....
#21/50
Then last month when I found out he was selling I managed to keep this one off the market - I've shared it before but worth another look....
He also had a KG/Dwight dual auto from Sp 04-05 - Dwight's rookie yr - it was #21/25 but I couldn't afford that as I had run dry after buying this last card....
It's been in Europe with 2 owners since it was pulled. It was in my dream card bucket folder as I never thought I'd ever have a chance to own it. But thanks to a deal with sportscentury in which for the first time I actually SOLD a #21/ card, I managed to land this puppy.......
Not the most amazing patch but a cool dark one from the G in Garnett.
This card is an absolute beauty in hand and brings my collection now to 158 #21 cards
Hope u enjoyed this gentlemen!
