Is this a real Bogut Boomers Top?

So Ive had this sitting around for a while, I beleive it was worn by Bogut in 04-05. Obviously signed by Bogut on the shoulder and the coach Brian Goorjian in the centre.
Can anyone shed some light as to what I have on my hands, is it worth getting framed, hard to tell without any certificates but potentially could it be match issued or even game worn?
Also any idea on value?

I was wrong the photos I have are from 2006.

You'll see the international rep tag in the photo

I sent a tweet and a few of your pics to Andrew Bogut. His reply was:

dont think game worn. Usually team signed are spares.

I would take it from that, plus the International Rep tag, that the jersey may well be a team issued jersey, but not game worn.

the tops correct i have a couple from the commonwealth games and one from the olympics, only 1 game warn as i purchased it from a 36ers charity auction, the others were backups incase of blood , tearing etc..
