Is this a fair deal?

5 gold foiled signatures consisting of Aaron Davey, Cameron Ling, Mark LeCras, Cleve Hughes, Jason Porplyzia. 1 star Gem (Nick Malceski), and 27 diecuts...
Can I have advise to weather this is a fair deal or not?

I'd say that is more than fair - but a fair deal is only ever fair when both parties are happy.

I have had a change of mind, then I offered $38 and he said no.

tbh around $35 sounds good... maybe $40 max if you include postage as i doubt it would fit a regular size 0 bag.
