dont know to be honest. there was like a french or german one once upon a time which focused on europeans.

I think with china you will find most just bust loads of cases and flip cards on ebay, thats how they make their money.

The ones who like trading seek out the existing forums id say.

I am yet to find a Chinese one. I found a Philippines one but the forum isn't active
