I knew thats what he was up to he has a mass of cards listed on 2 accounts i tried to do a deal with him but as his feedback is -1 i told him he has to send first needles to say he pulled out of the deal.

few alarm bells also that it was bank deposit only and btw way mate he is banned thats why he would not be replying
