Guys I have a friend that is over protective, and he says he really wants to buy something online but he knows how unsafe it is buying on the net. ... I Disagree. I Believe Pay Pal is one of the most safest buy/sell site online, unfortunatly he dosn't. So I want some proof from all of you to tell him that he should be buying things off pay pal feeling 100% safe. Anyways please just post 1 point for why he should use pay pal. Feel free for posting the same things as som1 else.

Generally a purchase through ebay thats paid with paypal , you get buyer protection if the seller doesnt send you the item.

If you paid for an item say with a money order you're pretty much rooted.

I've done HUNDREDS of transactions with paypal and not had a single issue.

Your mate sounds like one of these ultra paranoid people that won't buy on the internet because of the odd story of some hackers stealing credit card info from sites etc...... not a good way to live.

Only got about dozen transactions on paypal and all is fine- no probs. THanks for the post, i now feel like a Techno Buff compared to your mate. LOL
