What is the low-down for this situation? I know the 3 hits per box are an "on average" affair, so does that mean there is no recourse to get "compensation" from UD?

Seems odd doesn't it. Would think if it's on average then in a case with nearly half a dozen 2 hit boxes u'd expect to see a box with at least 4 hits in it. Some lucky bastards cracking a case with 4 hits a box out there somewhere!

doubt it the "the on average" statements means nothing really.. a non-guarantee.. Guess you could winge to UD, but i would say your prolly wasting your breath.. Doesnt really inspire anyone to buy another box of this after the've seen this, 50-50 chance of getting nothing in your box.. So i guess the've shot themselves in the foot. No one will end up buying their product.. I dont think its just this case ... as there is a Box break on youTube where this has happened as well..
