was looking at maybe getting a case from dacardsworld but i am unsure if you have to pay any import taxes over a certain price.
has anyone bought a case from there b4?

yes you do for any item over $1000.

oath, pretty sure its 10%, i remember spending $5k and copped a $500 fee and a lengthy delay...

its about 10% as mentioned. The delays are the PAINFUL part.

be wary of getting people to under declare items to avoid the tax,
If they suspect something has been undervalued they can check and you get hit with it, the main concern is if it goes missing you can only claim the declared value, not its real value.

as mentioned you probly would be better off asking them to split the case and send it in two shipments ( they need to arrive in Australia and be processed by customs on seperate days or you still get taxed!)

I order heaps of stock from the USA and am often getting deliveries from the same supplier 4 or 5 times a week, USPS and UPS make a killing from me, but in the long run i am much better off without the delays, taxes and extra customs fees
