Is it immoral to ask a member of a grading company to get your cards graded or is it okay ?
I've heard there is hefty fees to be a member. Plus the cost to get them graded.
I've read 100 cards costs about $500.00, is this true ?

I don't see a problem asking someone to do it, but if you wanted to be moral about it, you should offer them something in return for doing it.
If you can't afford to pay them, maybe you could offer them some cards as a trade for the grading.

Just join in on a "group grading" session. One recently was done on here with BGS.

or do it yourself - BGS Sep special: Beckett Media LP - check links for more details (don't forget to add postage to and return-USA)

"For September, we are offering specials on our 20-day grading service. If you submit at least 20 cards, we will grade your cards for just $6/card and only charge $1 for each certified autograph grading. It's as easy as that! Submit at least 20 cards, at our 20-day service level, and pay just $6/card (Regular Price $10/card) plus you only pay an extra $1 (Regular Price $2/card) for each certified autograph card. The amount you save is up to you!"

Hi Boosta, do I post my cards I want graded to you and a cheque for the number of cards times $6.00 ?
