As a member here reading people's rants, misfortunes and bad buying experiences, I want to share this one with you all...

I bought this lot of Lebron cards because I wanted the Jersey cards that's in it plus he said in his title "Refractors" which will be a bonus.

Please read through the message that I sent to him upon receiving the cards and his reply. Please click on the image.



He offers a refund which is not really worth the time. If it was over $100 transaction I might send it back but not for $30.

I am unhappy because his title is misleading. Please let me know what you will feel if you were in my shoes.

Certainly a misleading title, but to be honest I can't see a refractor in there. So that should have led to a question. Looks like two patches or jersey cards, but hard to tell. I guess I'd be disappointed.

I feel for you because the title is misleading, but the description clearly states "you will get all cards pictured" and there are 27 cards pictured.

I don't think it's worth a neg because you shouldn't have made the assumption there were refractors in the lot based on the title. Always read and research exactly what you are getting imo. Neutral warning others to read the whole description might be a good idea.

DID U NOT LOOK AT ALL OF THESE PICTURES I POSTED THEY SHOWED ALL OF THESE CARDS THAT YOU GOT IN THEIR CONDITION IF U WANT A REFUND THATS FINE I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT THERE WERE SERIAL NUMBERED CARDS IN THERE AND JERSEY CARDS LIKE DESCRIBED AND JUST BECAUSE 1 CARD HAS A DING ON ONE CORNER DOES NOT MEAN THEY WERE NOT FRESH PULLED SOME TIMES THAT IS HOW THEY COME OUT OF THE PACKAGE THAT IS WHY I LISTED 6 PICTURES OF THE FRONT AND BACK...I WILL ALSO REFUND U EXTRA FOR THE TIME AND SHIPPING NO PROBLEM YOU GOT THESE CARDS FOR A SMALL FRACTION OF WHAT THEY ARE WORTH I AM VERY SURPRISED YOU ARE SO UNHAPPY

I'm after the jersey cards and one of them is dinged. He could have mentioned this on his decription. The way he replied, I feel that he is aware of this. You won't be able to judge the condition of the cards from his pictures. They're too small to see the corners better.

And for the refractors, I haven't followed card releases in the last couple of years so I would not know which ones could be refractors. I just re-started buying again.

Sorry my wife needed the laptop for work so I just hit submit and didn't review my post to cover everything but the damage issue is definitely not cool. What might be 'slight damage' to me might be 'major damage' to someone else.

His reasoning on pack pulled damage is a poor excuse if you ask me. Any damage should always be disclosed, ahh honesty, where did thou go?

He was only countering the claim the cards weren't "fresh". His listing said they were fresh but no other claims were made to their condition (mint or therwise).

The damage I would wear or accept his offer of a refund. Cant really leave a neg when he has offered to fix it and isn't trying to argue over it.

Im not clear on refractors. If their are none then I would be disappointed. The heading is clear even if the pics didnt have a refractor.

Well he offered you a refund so all is good. But yeah, even though he showed pics he shouldn't try and mislead with the title like that, his fault when problems like this come up IMO.
