If you were a college player who would you want to be drafted by?

Iv often thought if I was a player who would I want to be drafted by! It probably wouldnt be my favorite team the suns seen as they are trash and often fail to draft well anyway. So my question is where would you want to play? Would it be a team who is slowly building towards something like New Orleans or Cleveland or would you want to go to a team with history like Los Angeles, Boston or San Antionio? Also a side question....if you were a highly talented player projected to go top 5 but you slipped down the draft board to a team who is well established with talent would you be happy or upset?

I would want to be drafted by Denver. No doubt.

Side question, No, Just means you gotta work harder... Look at Faried, was projected top 10, dropped to 22 and now starts.

San Antonio, excellent team, coaching staff, system and mix of vets\rookies. Team has some great history and facilities. Also the city is beautiful and would be one of the best places to live, funnily enough OKC is the biggest hole in the US, KD and Westbrook earn their max contracts just to live there haha!

Two answers to the first question. I would like to be drafted by the team with the Number 1 Pick, that way it would mean I am A) Awesome Player and B) Best paid rookie that season. But seriously, I would like to be drafted to a team where my talents are required straight away, I would hate to be a bench rider, unless I was sitting behind one of the best players at my position, which would mean that I would have great chance to learn from them in practice.

Which I suppose answers 2nd question as well. I wouldnt mind slipping down draft board if it meant that I went to a contending team where I was able to contribute to the team success - perfect example is Faried. But to be honest, where you get drafted, and where you get your opportunities may end up being two entirely different teams, such as Lin with the Knicks, Harden and Asik in Houston.

I'd love to have a proper answer but all I can come up with is being drafted by the heat, sitting on the bench watch lebron and wade kill it every night, get 3-4 mins game time when it's a blowout then go party in Miami baby!!! Lol

Bulls and Spurs would be my first two. Pulling on the same jersey as M.J would be pretty special.

The Spurs would only draft you if you could fill a role, so you know you'll get a chance eventually. When you're ready.

I do like that Heat call. They have such a championship feel about them now where every player is treated as important even though you could ditch 5-6, bring in another 5-6 and they'd still be dominating. Scary.

Easily Orlando Magic, a very fast rebuilding team with a big fan base, couldn't ask for anything better. Wouldn't want to get drafted to a team like Lakers, Heat or Thunder since I'd be shadowed by the big stars. Jeremy Lamb for example, awesome player coming out of Uconn who looked good being drafted to the rebuilding Rockets but was immediately traded to the Thunder who have pissed his rookie season away.
