Hi guys, whos signature is on this panther card?

Only clue is it is a 2008 centenary card - but that doesnt narrow it down much at all.
Any help would be great

I spent a bit of time looking through signed 90s Panthers cards and didn't find a match, including Cartwright - not that I have an extensive Panthers signature collection!
