I want to buy some offical NBA trading cards but I want to know the name of the OFFICAL brand?

I want to start collecting NBA cards but I don't want to buy rubbish ones so I would like to know the brand of the offical trading cards. Thanks

Currently Panini own the complete rights for NBA cards (others please correct me if I'm wrong!)

100% right.
There are many sub brands within Panini (all branded Panini)
from Hoops about $65US a box through to Flawless which is about $1700us a box (and Eminence which is about $6000US a box)

Keep an eye on @cherrycollectables and @West Oz Cards for group breaks, watch some of those and see what you like.

Upper deck lost their licence from the NBA, the past few years they have produced college based cards - however they now are not able to produce college cards too

Panini is the manufacturer, simply they release a range of different products each with a unique theme to cater to the wider collecting communities tastes and budgets.

Essentially, what I collect will be different to you because of this.
