I need feedback help

I have filled out trade, experience, comment and I have pasted the trade thread url and when I attempt to post the feedback it says "There was an error in the deal details!". Is there something else I have to do. I didn't enter any additional comments because i didn't feel any were necessary. Do I have to?

I simply put in a '.' if I have no comments cause it seems it needs something in there.

I usually just put "Thanks mate!" in the additional comments.

I think only you and the other person involved can see what you write in there.
