I just got banned on Blowout Cards ....

Being that many of you are members over there I am making this thread to let others who I know over there that my days are numbered on BO card forums...

I guess I stick up for myself a bit much when it comes to what is right and what is wrong.My patience have been running thin for months now over there.I am sick of the way others pile on and speak to one another,senseless high jacking of threads and all of the he said/she said BS.

I recently served a 2 week suspension for using the word "cut" Well my suspension was up just a week ago so I make a sales thread and bumped it 22 hours instead of the 24 rule.I get a message from a "mod" stating that I must follow the rules or suffer the consequence....I immediately suggest that they are just breathing down my neck while singling me out because I can spot several threads where that rule has been violated by many others but their threads are still on the boards?I sent the mod a link and suggested he took action and told them don't threaten me or make certain members have to follow rules and not others.

I guess the "mod" had too much pride and had to use his/her power and straight up banned me for life.

Anyways I will be spending much more time with you all,I hope you don't mind my company

Yep I was attacked on my sales thread from some random member just tonight ....All the mods over there turn a blind eye to that stuff and favor the buddy system that is in place though.

I just can't justify myself being banned from anything hobby related,It makes no sense and am kind of bummed out about it because I did have a few friends there and being "banned" for nothing?..Really makes me question why? Why when all of the scamming,personal attacks,retaliatory negatives etc. continue to take place?I guess it's because I don't buy into there repacked cases that I am expendable?

This is why they would rather break the product for you,A member over there once cracked a case purchased from them and the serial numbering on the stickers did not all collate with one another making him question it and to why??? His case was below average to say the least. ... If I remember right all of the popular members were right there to defend BO and defuse the situation as to why the stickers did not match up in collation.

These are serious accusations but def. remember seeing this a bit over a month ago ... Maybe someone else here noticed that as well?

I am banned for life it appears so can't do anything on that forum anymore drob50 or verse1 might be able to find it or maybe remember it perhaps?

Maybe blowout had a logical explanation for the sticker serial numbering not being in collation but if it was a sealed case there is no logical explanation is there?I vaguely remember any of the posts following his post of displeasure but am positive he was concerned about the serial numbers on the stickers not matching typical collation.

Struck me kind of odd because they much rather would break the products for you on blowout tv.

I always thought the numbers were not in sequential order in the case....or maybe that's just me????

Yeah,I think they are but am not positive? I don't bust wax anymore because my luck is crap lol but have watched a lot of breaks and could have sworn they were? I will go watch a break and double check.

Ok so I just watched a break the numbers are all in the same realm but not exactly one after the next like 01,02,03 etc. Here is a break I just watched for an example.

If I remember right the guy's beef was that there was 1 really strange box (serial number on the sticker) that had no collation at all with the others and questioned it?He may or may not have had a legitimate beef but I certainly remember his concern.

Either way the mods over there are worthless and can kiss my butt!

I had a massive fight with a bloke on blowout..... For a deal where no addresses were exchange and no money changed hands. Which in my mind means no deal at all.
Yet he was able to leave me a neg, and a pretty bad one at that.

I kept my cool through the whole two threads (my sale thread and the thread created by the other member calling me out) I replied to the neg feedback left saying it was shit and not deserved.

This other member went on and on and on. So in the morning I woke up to find a message saying I was banned for 24hrs for "retaliatory feedback" I laughed so hard, you could tell that the mod pretty much scrapped that from the bottom of the barrel.

Like I knew all the abuse the other guy threw at me would get him a ban, that's why I was careful as to what I was saying. But really??????? Banned for that.

I generally find that if you keep communication mostly through pm's, and not the public forum over there, there doesn't seem to be any issue. But that's just my experience. Too many trolls over there, guys with 1000's of posts, but only single digit feedback....

I wouldn't worry much no big loss IMHO , site is full of hero's and douche nozzels period , still a few good guy's there though .

And don't worry about Paul he was banned from HK and i think he was one of the founders what does that tell you about him , the dude does the most unethical things and calls it ok just becasue there are others that do the same and tell him it's ok low life's every time i call him out he cowers away like a girl but anyway , I haven't even wasted my time there in buying or selling minus from a few guy's on there not worth it there is a call out thread every day over there lol.

Yeah after I served my 2 week suspension Paul actually asked to put the water under the bridge.I simply agreed just to move forward from the back & fourth crap...Like you said if you call Paul out on something he cowards down and points the finger at someone else while others back him and support him.I will miss the basketball box break section the most (that is the only forum I enjoyed) It's nearly impossible to sell cards over there because everyone is a low baller which makes it hard to buy cards as well.

If you ask to why I was banned you will get a ton of troll replies like "he's a POS,He backs out of deals,He begs for cards and blah blah blah..I am sure that thread will turn into a pissing match quick.It's funny how such a silly little rumor that Paul made up stuck...I begged for a card just to sell it? Really lol

The real reason to why I was booted:

After Paul suggested I seek mental help I asked Paul if he were done cutting himself because he seemed very emotional on his apology thread. - That got me a 2 week suspension.

I bumped my thread 22 hours instead of 24 hours so my stuff was deleted (Mod sends me a message telling me to follow the rules)

I send the mod a message back suggested that there is bigger fish to fry on the boards and that I have never bumped my threads unreasonably.

Mod sends me a message back suggesting that if I don't follow the rules there will be consequences.....

I send a message back suggesting to the mod that if you are going to police 1 that you should police all not just me and asked them to stop breathing down my neck.I told the mod that there is a ton of threads bumped before 24 hrs in the B/S/T section and sent him a link to one and mentioned :

"Well here you go it took me less than 5 mins ... (inserted thread link) user violated the rules several times and yet he is not suffering any "consequences" You better go police it,Ohh and your welcome chief! "

That is it ... That's how I was banned,I asked Paul if he had stopped cutting himself and asked the mods to police others not just me.Ask yourself if that makes any sense at all?Considering the filth over there!? Pathetic!

Was just reading a thread this morning before I was banned - Can't remember the thread name but the member is a good ol boy named Ronlabo aka untouchable (something like that) He was picking on a kid who posted in the SCF looking to buy cards.This kid was ganged up on and eventually banned for no reason as well yet the guy creates a bash thread on BO to pile on even after the kid is gone!?!?!? A few members suggested the thread was a fail...his response "I see you three are all on your knees for the kid" etc. Yet that thread is still going and is probably 5 pages long by now and that user is not suspended.

Blowoutcards is as unprofessional as it gets,The mods must enjoy them kind of hate driven threads for sick entertainment because they never get locked or deleted and there is never any consequences handed out.

Seems like good members get banned for no logical reason whereas guys like puregreen and gio can personally abuse people and get a slap on the wrist - while their posts gets deleted and swept under like nothings happened.

In terms of resealed cases i think you need more evidence. I don't think the boxes are sequentially numbered within a case

Yeah makes no sense to me either man.As far as the cases go I mentioned it's a strong accusation and myself don't know much about the cases and serial numbering on the stickers but there was a member screaming foul play in a thread.Like I said I have no idea who all that is suppose to be or what came of his claim/thread???

As you can see that hate runs rampant over there on BO.Not sure who this member on BO is but he obviously took the time out of his day to send me a hate message on EBAY..Just reported him to EBAY and I ask others to please follow suite.

Thank you sir! I was always raised to stick up for myself and stand my ground.I probably could have shut my mouth and let the mod fire a warning shot towards me but just grew sick of the harassment and had to draw a line in the sand.As you can see the mod could not handle my simple constructive criticism and acted as a coward while clicking ban.

You are well known over here and would never think of you as a scammer period.Is all it takes is one silly rumor to get hatched and all of the minions eat it up and share it amongst the other fools and they run with it for 40+ pages of garbage while the mods just sit back and read it as if it's their daily news paper.Pathetic cesspool over there really...
