Hi, I have problem about postage ( USPS Priority Mail International Medium Flat Rate Box ) from ebay that I bought the item last 10 of april and the item is not caming yet ? and I asking the seller and he said it because of the Volcanic in europe that why it delay but I think it no going to do with europe because item shipping from america to australia it no evern pass europe can u figure for me what happen ?

Open a paypal dispute.
You should avoid sellers with that many negatives even if they have 50,000+ positives.

i know my mail from states has come in dribs and drabs of late

Reading his latest feedback, reports are he has fast service.
Using the Volcano catastrophe as an excuse is semi reliable in such as it will have caused Huge backlogs in the world mail service.

even some with positive rating have negative comments lol!

A LOT of them say SLOW shipping so I'd say you'll get it, just no where near reasonable time, and maybe get to add to the feedbacks

A seller with Negative Feedback like that is a gamble but you should be ok if your paying with paypal.
