hey guys, i just got the telfair movie "through the fire" adn started watching it but the sound is out of sync by about 2 sec. is there a way to fix this to get the sound in sync (its an .avi file) or is the file completely buggered and cannot be fixed???

theres nothing running but the movie when i watched it, so its not that. i was just wondering if theres a program or some tool to align the sound and picture together if it does go out of sync? i dont know if something happened during the DL to cause this, or if its just a crappy file.
