Quick question for those of you who store footy cards in albums (e.g. the Select ones with the club logo on the front). What is the ideal number of 9-pocket pages to have in an album? I'm worried that a couple of mine are starting to get too full and could damage the cards. Have you ever had any damaged cards from storing too many in an album?
I've been considering transferring all my mid-high end cards into toploaders and storing them separately to the commons and parallels. The main thing that's been holding me back is the cost of buying that many toploaders (I estimate I'd probably need to buy around 150-200). Is there anywhere you can buy them in bulk?
Also, how do you store the toploaders/magnetic protectors in the safe? In some sort of a box/case?
Anything ~$10 and over goes in a toploader, everything else is penny sleeved, put in an ultra-pro page, and kept in a 3-ring binder. I have never had a problem doing this. My really good Hawthorn stuff goes in one touches.
