I use a mail forwarding service so i have a USA address. Also shaunbradleyfan helps a few people out by having things sent to his address and he sends them on.
Some seller dont care and will just send overseas. Some will have had a bad experience with overseas buyers and just tell you to f-off.
I just bought quite a few cards via shaunbradleyfan, and he was fantastic. But there are always other smaller auctions I'd love to put a couple of bucks on that are US only but figured they were too small fry to bother with, never thought about setting up a US account. Does it cost much for the forwarding service? Ive also wanted to buy things off sportlots.com but they only deliver to US addresses.

I use borderlinx and i find them pretty good but the more stuff your sending the cheaper the overall postage. If your ever looking to buy something let me know. A couple guys on here have made use of the address. Postage usually works out at $5 or so.
He could shill bid but I doubt it. The story goes (and I know a big ebay seller that got audit by the tax depeartment) you can sell up to $20,000 worth of hobby items on ebay. Once you go over this amount ebay will send records to the tax department of your account and you may be questioned if they think it appropriate to do so.
