I will be going on my honeymoon in October 2007.

We will be travelling to LA & Las Vegas and will be staying a total of 8 nights before travelling to the Maldives for a relaxing week!!

The reason i am posting is i wouldnt mind catching a 1 or 2 NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL games while i am over there, but was wondering if some of our US members or clued up international members could help me out with what sports will be available in LA/Las Vegas at that time.

Also, i am assuming they dont release timetables until closer to the 2007 season??

Any help would be appreciated!

Considering what time you're there during October, the NBA may not have started for 07-08. But there's usually some kind of sports happening in LA all year round, right?

October ain't a good time sports wise..... NFL is about the only thing active... and they don't have an LA or Nevada team..... unless you want preseason....

too bad you arent going in Feb NBA All Star game is in Vegas this year

but yeh, NBA would be pre-season, NFL would have started, baseball would be playoffs and not sure about NHL?
